Pilgub Papua 2018 Berpotensi Timbulkan Konflik Karena Paulus Waterpauw Menjadi Otak Kriminalisasi Lukas Enembe
JAKARTA, Westpapuanews.Org, — Pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Papua pada tahun 2018 mendatang dipastikan akan berujung pada konflik horizontal dan vertikal.
Konflik ini dipastikan akan dipicu oleh upaya Paulus Waterpauw, Jenderal Polisi asal Papua keturunan Tionghoa (Cina-Kamoro – Ayah biologisnya bernama Agus Tenawe mantan Lurah Sempan Timika) yang saat ini sedang berusaha menjebloskan Gubernur Papua Lukas Enembe ke penjara dengan berbagai kasus korupsi yang direkayasa.
Upaya Paulus Waterpauw saat menjabat sebagai Kapolda Papua adalah berusaha memenjarakan Lukas Enembe melalui kasus dugaan korupsi proyek jalan Kemiri – Depapre Kabupaten Jayapura.
Kasus ruas jalan ini masih terus dieksploitasi oleh Waterpauw walaupun keterlibatan Lukas Enembe tidak pernah dibuktikan. Waterpauw bahkan sedang memprovokasi mantan Kepala Dinas PU Provinsi Papua Michael Kambuaya yang kini ditahan KPK untuk menyebut nama Lukas Enembe dalam pleidoinya.
Upaya kedua adalah upaya kriminalisasi Lukas Enembe melalui kasus Pilkada Tolikara, dimana Paulus Waterpauw yang kini menjabat Kapolda Sumatera Utara memerintahkan Kapolda Papua Boy Rafli Amar untuk menangkap Lukas Enembe di Bandara Sentani saat Bapak Orang Papua ini kembali dari lawatannya ke Israel.
Upaya ini pun gagal karena Kapolda Papua dikabarkan tidak mau ambil resiko atas konflik berdarah yang bakal timbul jika Polisi menangkap Lukas Enembe di Bandara Sentani.
Upaya Paulus Waterpauw yang ketiga adalah berusaha menangkap Lukas Enembe atas kasus dugaan korupsi dana beasiswa Mahasiswa Papua yang menempuh studi di luar negeri.
Untuk kasus ini Paulus Waterpauw menggunakan jalur pribadinya yaitu Bareskrim Mabes Polri di Jakarta yang berhasil memeriksa Lukas Enembe pada 4 September 2017 tanpa audit Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Republik Indonesia (BPK-RI).
Belakangan, setelah menuai kritik dari banyak aktivis Papua, klik di Bareskrim Mabes Polri, atas perintah Paulus Waterpauw, mulai menekan BPK – RI untuk segera melakukan audit APBD Provinsi Papua selama kepemimpinan Lukas Enembe. Saat ini BPK-RI dikabarkan sedang bekerja melakukan audit sesuai pesanan dan dibawah tekanan Mabes Polri.
Sebagai Jenderal Polisi yang banyak menguasai taktik propaganda, pengalihan opini dan pembunuhan karakter, Paulus Waterpauw menggunakan jalur media massa untuk terus memberitakan kasus Lukas Enembe dengan tujuan menggiring opini publik agar citra Lukas Enembe menjadi rusak di mata rakyat Papua.
Lukas Enembe ditargetkan untuk dianggap sebagai PEMIMPIN YANG BERMASALAH.
Sebaliknya Paulus Waterpauw akan dicitrakan sebagai PEMIMPIN YANG TIDAK BERMASALAH.
Perlu dicatat, bahwa upaya menjebloskan Lukas Enembe ke penjara telah menjadi agenda Tim Sukses Paulus Waterpauw.
Hal ini bisa dilihat dari Status Facebook seorang Pendukung Paulus Waterpauw bernama Christian Arebo.
“Siapa pun yang maju lawan kaka besar Papua, akan stop dan terhenti di kuningan. Jangan coba-coba lawan Jakarta….,” tulis Arebo di Akun Facebook-nya.
Kuningan yang dimaksud Arebo adalah Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) yang beralamat di Jln. Kuningan Persada Kav. 4 Jakarta Selatan.
Setelah opini yang dibentuk media massa untuk membunuh karakter Lukas Enembe dianggap telah merasuk pikiran masyarakat, Tim Paulus Waterpauw di berbagai kota di Papua mulai memasang spanduk yang isinya mengangkat citra Paulus Waterpauw sebagai PEMIMPIM YANG TIDAK BERMASALAH dan sebaliknya citra Lukas Enembe diposisikan sebagai PEMIMPIN YANG BERMASALAH.
Tanpa sadar, rakyat Papua sedang digiring oleh Sang Jenderal Haus Darah menuju Konflik Berdarah hanya gara-gara Jabatan Gubernur.■
