Indonesia Fascist State Barbarism Democracy in occupied Boven Digoel – West Papua

BOVEN DIGOEL- TANAH MERAH – WEST PAPUA

WestPapuaNews.Org – Indonesia fascist state barbaric colonialism in occupied Boven Digoel is not different from Zionist psychopaths’ barbaric democracy in occupied Palestine. Turkey colonialism, Iran colonialism, Syria colonialism, and Iraq barbaric colonialism suppressing indigenous Kurdish identities, languages, cultures, Newroz or everything about Kurdish heritages were banned as similar colonialism system are being used by the occupiers and oppressors against the colonise people (West Papuan, Palestinian, Kurdish, Baloch, Kasmir, Kanak, Hawaiian, Awhaze, Armenian, Tigrayan, Tahitian).

INDONESIA FASCIST STATE BARBARISM COLONIALISM IN WEST PAPUA IS NO DIFFERENT from Zionist psychopaths’ barbarism in occupied Palestine.

WestPapuaNews.Org – All the West  Papuan, Indonesian illegal settlers, students, ordinary  people in Boven Digoel come out on the streets peaceful rally to  demand justice and an explanation from the Indonesian terrorist state official colonial representative for dishonouring, disrespect,  our indigenous identity and heritage.

WestPapuaNews.Org  Indonesia’s terrorist state and criminal illegal settlers  are burning Bird of Paradise plumes in West Papua. This is an attack on the heritage of the whole of New Guinea, Papua New Guinea as well as West Papua. Bird of Paradise is part of our shared culture from Sorong to Samarai. West Papuans are not only facing genocide and ecocide, but also cultural appropriation and destruction. Indonesia fascist state coloniser  claim they are developing West Papua but really they despise our culture and only want our resources. Indonesian coloniser suppressing West Papuan identities the best crime mentalities with the Israeli colonial mentalities suppressing Palestinian. It is common sense of the Indonesia colonial, Israel colonial or Turkey, Syria, Iran, and Iraq colonial disrespected Kurdish identities, or France colonial dishonoured Kanak and Tahiti under France barbaric colonialism rules.

WestPapuaNews.Org We will never ever  be safe under Indonesian occupiers and colonial  rule since Indonesia colonial invasion  1963 until now. Of course, Palestinian will never be safe under Zionist illegal occupiers in Palestine used in the name  of the bible to justify murdering, plundering, torturing, kidnapped Palestinian as the Indonesian terrorist  colonial government always used to massacre West Papuans  more than 700,000 innocent West Papuan. Also the same colonial systems being used by the Iran colonial, Turkey colonial, Syria colonial, and Iraq colonial oppressing the Kurdish more than centuries the world with the international communities closed their eyes and heart for Kurdish life not matter for them.

WHAT the REASONS of the Indonesian coloniser government and Indonesian criminal military?

The reason: The Indonesian government deliberately diverted attention from the real issue.

1. A barbaric Indonesian terrorist military operation “Soaggama Massacred” 15 Innocent West Papua civilians in the Soanggama village, Hitadipa district, Intan Jaya, Central Papua province on Wednesday morning (10/15/2025) at around 5:00 a.m. All of them were civilians, including one of a housewife being slaughtered in cold blood by the Indonesian fascist colonial military.

2. Bintuni Bay, October 20, 2025 The Indonesian terrorist criminals military Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) used violence and shooting innocent West Papuans women, children, and elderly in Bintuni Bay thousand of the them still refugees in the jungles because they will never feel safe with the Indonesian colonial military and criminal police did not give them peace but always traumatised them everyday life.

3. Indonesia fascist state coloniser tried to cover up the criminal thefts  (PT. Murni Nusantara Mandiri) the cooperation company responsible for the plundering and destruction, devastation of forests, swamps, and vaulted rivers with poison chemicals for the sugarcane, palm oils,  and biothanol plantation operated under Indonesian terrorist state and Indonesian fascist criminal military against the indigenous West Papuan. The Jabebob community in Malind – Merauke is mourning and crying hard because their indigenous customary  land has been seized by the Indonesia terrorist state coloniser in Malind – Merauke.

Indonesian terrorist military and criminal thefts company (PT. Murni Nusantara Mandiri) the cooperation company responsible for the plundering and destruction, devastation of forests in Malind, Merauke regency – West Papua

4. Indonesia’s terrorist criminal military killed innocent young West Papuan without reason simply just being West Papuan. The Indonesian  fascist military shot him in cold blood on 20th October 2025 this Monday  in Dogiay Regency.

5. Indonesia fascist bombing Kiwirok — the site of a devastating massacre in 2021 that killed more than 300 West Papuan civilians. 19 Papuans have been killed this month alone as a result of ongoing Indonesian military violence. More than 100,000 Papuans are currently displaced.

Indonesian fascist criminals, and Indonesian illegal settlers are burning Papuan Bird of Paradise headdresses, the sacred crowns of our people and symbols of our black Melanesian West Papuan and Papua New Guinean identities.

Wearing a Bird of Paradise headdress is a Papuan symbol of respect, normally worn only by tribal leaders. Indonesian officials do not seem to care, as this type of headdress has been turned into a commercial souvenir for Indonesian tourists as a welcoming gift.

WestPapuaNews.Org – Indonesia appropriates our culture and turns it into a product, just like everything else it touches on this land. Exploitation to its fullest. Zero respect for our land or for the Indigenous values upheld by the Papuan people.

Now they expect to be treated as heroes? For burning this in the name of conservation, when they are the very ones doing it themselves. Not to mention the three million hectares of forest that are being cleared right now in Merauke. For them, West Papua is just a place to exploit, a colony to drain. Nothing more.

Sometimes, it’s not just cultural symbols that are burned, but also common sense and public attention.

WestPapuaNews.Org  Papuans are currently in an uproar over the circulation of a video of the burning of a crown adorned with bird-of-paradise feathers, a sacred symbol in Papuan customs and culture. This action was carried out by a group of stakeholders under the pretext of preserving the endemic wildlife of Papua. However, behind the moral veneer of conservation, a fundamental question arises: is this really about the bird, or is it about diverting public attention?

WestPapuaNews.Org  Because what’s interesting about an uproar isn’t just the content of the news, but the timing of its occurrence. Why is such a bizarre and reckless act being carried out now, when Papua is grappling with various humanitarian crises?

WestPapuaNews.Org  In Intan Jaya and Bintuni, thousands of residents still live in fear and displacement. They were driven from their own land by military operations that are strongly suspected of resulting in human rights violations. Schools are deserted, fields are abandoned, and children grow up without a clear future. Their voices are rarely heard in national media. But suddenly, the entire public spotlight shifted to the video of the crown burning. Everyone was outraged, and the media was abuzz. But few asked: why would a highly educated person in a prominent position choose to burn a cultural symbol of an indigenous people, something they knew would spark collective outrage?

WestPapuaNews.Org  If the goal is truly to protect the birds of paradise, why not take action against poachers and illegal traders who sell these endangered species on the Indonesian terrorist state black markets? Why burn traditional symbols that were never the root of the problem?

This is what some observers call the politics of diversion. An old strategy, where public anger is directed at visible issues, so that attention to deeper wounds: human rights violations, armed conflict, and prolonged displacement slowly evaporates.

They know when to play this card. And as often happens, cultural issues are once again used as a shield to cover up the escalating humanitarian crisis in Papua.
