Monster Freeport Sampai Jumpa di Tahun 2019

Pada Kamis 12 Januari Tahun 2017 Presiden RI Jokowi telah tandatangan Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) No. 1 Tahun 2017.

Peraturan tersebut menjalankan amanat UU Minerba No. 4 Tahun 2009 sebagaimana juga diatur pada Peraturan Menteri ESDM No.5 Tahum 2017 tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Rekomendasi penjualan ke luar negeri hasil pengolahan dan pemurnian dalam negeri.

Terkait izin ekspor mineral, diberikan kepada:
1. Badan Usaha Pertambangan yang mengubah Kontrak Karya menjadi Izin Usaha Pertambangan Khusus (IUPK);

2. Membangun fasilitas pemurnian (smelter) dalam jangka waktu paling lambat 5 tahun. Progres pembangunan alan dipantau oleh auditor independen setiap 6 bulan. Jika progres di lapangan tidak sesuai dg proposal yg telah disetujui, rekomendasi ekspor akan dicabut;

3. Divestasi saham hingga 51 persen dalam jangka 10 tahun.

Dengan demikian Freeport berhenti eksport konsentrat ke luar negeri karena tidak mememuhi ketentuan yang di atur pada saat ini.

Berkaca dari pengalaman yang sudah terjadi dalam sejarah konflik dan rekayasa selama ini, publik harus satu padu menjaga bumi Papua dari hasutan atau provokasi mengatanamakan separatisme, penembakan misterius dan hal lainya, yang direkayasa lantaran sang monster kapitalis Freeport hari ini tidak di istimewakan oleh rezim Jokowi-Jk.

Dua tahun akan datang harus dimanfaatkan sebaiknya guna melakukan evaluasi menyekuruh terkait keberadaan Freeport.

Evaluasi jelang pembicaraan ijin freeport di tahun 2019 harus melibatkan masyarakat adat setempat.

Evaluasi terkait lingkungan hidup. Dampak ekologi akibat operasi tambang freeport menyempitkan ruang hidup orang Papua. Hutan dan tanah luas telah tertutup limbah.

Lebih-lebih evaluasi sistem sekurity yang buruk selama ini. Dengan berubahnya kontrak karya freeport menjadi pertambangan khusus, maka tidak ada dalil apapun bagi militer untuk jaga Freeport. Sebab selama ini kehadiran militer yang dibayar perusahaan hanya menambah kebencian orang Papua kepada pemerintah.

Dalam suasana penghentian eksport bahan mentah hingga tahun 2019 untuk pembicaraan ijin lanjut terkait Freeport, jangan lagi ada oknum diperalat demi mengacaukan situasi Papua.

Sebab sejarah Freeport adalah bersembunyi dibalik konflik separatis Papua merdeka dan pengalihan isu-isu konflik sosial.

Saya juga berharap pada seluruh warga Indonesia agar tidak lagi diguna-guna oleh kekuatan asing untuk membangun konfrontasi tra jelas seperti isu isu yang bukan menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak.***
