Appreciation for our genuine comrade Joe Collins to advocate for the Papuan

Appreciation post for our comrade Joe Collins, a tireless advocate for the West Papuan People.

Joe may be white but his heart and his work ethic is Melanesian ? He treats everyone fairly and is always available to help and stand in solidarity with any branch of the cause who needs it.

When we first started protesting in Sydney we were so fresh and naive and thought we were the only ones here, Joe came along, he didn’t say anything about himself, we gradually found out about him and what he does for the cause by ourselves as we worked alongside him ?

What a humble and a dedicated soldier of West Papua!

We younger generation of advocates owe Joe so much and we appreciate his tireless work for West Papua’s freedom.
