Open Letter to the President of the Republic of Indonesia

Mr. President Haji Ir. Joko Widodo Republic of Indonesia

The human rights situation in the Ndugama and the land of Papua is very bad.

So we the TPNPB-OPM Military Commander Kodap III Ndugama conveyed several demands to the president of the republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo that:

Based on the bad situation and data on the death toll caused by orders from the President of the Republic of Indonesia through the Armed Forces Commander and National Police Chief to conduct military operations in the Ndugama region.

The military operation have killed millions of Papuans and 255 people of Nduga died from 2 December 2018 to July 2020.
As a result of military operations in the Ndugama region for 1 year and 7 months, thousands of Nduga people left their hometowns and sought refuge outside the area.

So, their lives must be paid dearly by Joko Widodo as President of the Republic of Indonesia. The high price we offer is, West Papua will become independent on its own, period. Give Papua independence without conditions because the special autonomy law will end in 2021.

We are the leaders and TPNPB-OPM forces as the West Papua state army, the leader of Regional Defense Command (Kodap) Ndugama conveyed to the President of the Republic of Indonesia to immediately stop the discussion of special autonomy volume II or plus autonomy for Papua and West Papua, and immediately free the people of Papua from Indonesian occupation, because Papua is being maintained by force as part of Indonesia.

The Government of Indonesia, through the regional government of Papua, should immediately stop the discussion of special autonomy for Volume II for Papua and West Papua because the year 2021 is the year of self-determination for the People of West Papua.

We are the head and troops of Kodam III Ndugama TPNPB-OPM, anyone Papuan who is involved in the activities of the management team of the extension of the special autonomy contract Volume II is the target of the leader of Kodap III Ndugama TPNPB-OPM and also all the leaders of TPNPB-OPM in Papua. We will shoot from people, until their families will be killed, from the land of Papua.

This is our statement of attitude of the leadership and troops of TPNPB-OPM Kodap III Ndugama to be known by the President of the Republic of Indonesia and the commander of the TNI-POLRI and the government of regional heads throughout Papua
